Everything to offer a tailored and unique experience to the Bahia Homes’ clients.
“We leave everything prepared for when the guests arrive. Quite recently, for instance, one guest called me to let me know she is coming with her family to celebrate the birthday of her son-in-law. She asked me to help her to organise the small gathering. We went after the cake, balloons, food and we made the quotation. To sum up, we help her out with the entire organization”, explains the responsible of the concierge service and co-founder of Bahia Homes, Thereza de Barros Martins.
“And that is not all. If the guest has any food allergy or is vegetarian, for instance, we look for a specific chef to prepare the food accordingly. Or, if perhaps the person is simply craving for something specifically, such as a typical dish, we look for the ideal chef to satisfy their wishes. In a nutshell, we do everything we can to offer the best of this sort of experience”, explains Thereza.
Furthermore, the team also recommends restaurants, bars, tours, beaches and activities. And the service is not limited only on the arrival of the guests but also during its entire staying in case something is needed, such as a hairdresser, driver, doctor or anything else.
