The house follows the typical architectural style of the region, known as rustic-chic, with many structures made of glass and wood.
In the outdoor area, guests are welcomed by a beautiful wooden deck with a pool, sun loungers, a kitchen, and a social area. All of this is surrounded by a lovely tropical garden.
Inside, the spaces are integrated and tastefully decorated with pieces by local artists. The architectural, landscaping, and interior design project is by the Mercado do Mar office. The decoration project is from Mercado do Mar.

The development is 45 km from Porto Seguro International Airport and also has a private landing strip. All the houses are situated on top of the cliffs of Rio da Barra and offer exclusive access to Turtle Beach.
