Overview
A modern and elegant house, facing the sea, designed by renowned architect David Bastos, located on the beautiful beach of Itapororoca, one of the most beautiful in our region. The property has a Beach Tennis court.
There are 7 comfortable suites distributed between the main house and independent bungalows.
On the upper floor of the main house is the master suite, whose delightful balcony opens onto the garden, deck and pool, from which you can see the sea of Itapororoca in the background. Still on the upper floor there are two other charming suites, with a terrace, with two widow beds in each and a large room for reading, massage and games.
On the ground floor, the pool deck harmoniously connects all environments. A large living room, with a view and direct entrance to the pool, is finely decorated and leads to a second living room and home theater, which overlooks the garden. Both rooms have large balconies with complete environments, and communicate gracefully by a walkway, with a side view of the garden and a 105m2 pool.
The dining room with 14 seats has touches of color and lots of light, connects with the kitchen perfectly equipped and that can be closed for more privacy. There is also an outdoor area for lunch next to the pool, with another table for 14 people, a bar and bench for conversations.
In the gardens, three bungalows make up the comfort and intimacy of the house. The first one receives a large and pleasant suite, with a balcony. The second bungalow also has an amazing suite with a balcony. The third bungalow has two suites that communicate through the deck and a central door, which can be closed to maintain the independence of the environments.
There is also a beach hut with a table for 10 people and a gazebo on the property.
