Following the rustic-chic style, traditional of Trancoso, the residence boasts many structures in glass and wood, along with charming decoration that reflects the local culture. A paradisiacal retreat, perfect for those seeking tranquility and appreciating life’s simple pleasures.
The atmosphere here is one of peace and joy, where guests can relax on the delightful loungers, under the cool shade of coconut trees or in the charming and welcoming thatched-roof kiosk by the seaside. Additionally, the house offers a spacious and airy living room, connected to the balcony with sofas and the dining room. There is also a large TV room, perfect for movie sessions.
With a land area of 6,500 square meters and a built area of 1,100 square meters, this residence offers ample space and comfort for all its occupants. With five suites, the house can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Night Service: From 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the amount of R$600.00 is charged for at least 3 employees, plus the additional amount of R$30.00 for the motorcycle taxi for each employee. From 22:00, this amount is charged per hour.
