We are specialized in properties in Bahian coast and our portfolio has upscale homes in very exclusive destinations, such as Barra Grande, Caraíva, Corumbau, Itacaré, Trancoso, besides amazing beaches such as Itapororoca, Espelho. We also work at Txai hotel, that has a condominium of houses. All of these unique destinations are internationally known.
All properties are very well projected and are decorated with high standards and comfort. Houses are all very well situated, most of them have sea views and a minimum of 3 bedrooms; besides that they offer services such as maids, cooks and caretakers.
We can also be in charge of going to the grocery while our guests go to the beach. It can be part of our range of services, as well as booking surf lessons, massages, renting a car or hiring a babysitter.
