The “Lagoa do Rio da Barra House 07” is one of the most exclusive properties in our portfolio. Right on the beach with the tranquil Praia do Rio da Barra and surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with a river passing right by, the house promises a season of charm, luxury, and tranquility in Trancoso.
The house features 5 spacious suites, sauna, gym, and game room, offering plenty of cozy spaces to gather family and friends during vacations. Each environment has been carefully designed to provide maximum comfort and sophistication to guests.
With integrated architecture, the house has several spaces amidst nature, such as social and dining areas. The decoration, inspired by local culture, features pieces by local artists, bringing charm and comfort to the spaces.
The pool, overlooking the sea, is one of the highlights of the house. The perfect place to gather family and friends to share special moments.
