Overview
Built on a cliff, Casa Areia overlooks the sea and has a project signed by architect Débora Aguiar. The master suite has a privileged view of the sunrise (in summer).
The house is divided into two blocks, one of which is the social part, with a ceiling height of 5 meters where there is a toilet, hall, living room, dining room, veranda, swimming pool, gourmet kitchen and support kitchen. In the other block, part reserved for the bedrooms, divided into a master suite and 4 guest suites. The laundry room (complete structure) and the employees’ bathroom are also located in the same block.
It has a 20 meter long swimming pool, “semiolympic” style and a 40 meter garden, in front of the house, with trees overlooking the sea.

The house is 15 minutes from Quadrado de Trancoso, the historic center of the city, and 15 minutes from the beach as well.
