Overview
This incredible house facing the sea and surrounded by the forest offers a true immersion in the local nature. Just a few steps from the beach sand and also from a calm river, the place is ideal for those who don’t want to give up sleeping and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. This part of the beach, by the way, is one of the most beautiful and private in Trancoso, full of natural pools, and the scenery during low tide is a spectacle in itself.
The house has a super cheerful and tranquil atmosphere. It features an integrated social area, living room, pool table, dining room, gourmet kitchen, plenty of light, and open spaces leading to the pool terrace. The bedrooms with balconies and hammocks overlooking the garden are an invitation to relaxation.
The construction project of the house was designed by Bia Régis Bittencourt and was directed by Ricardo Salem, one of the great references in Trancoso’s architecture. The decoration is signed by NB Arquitetura and brings several references to the local culture.
The house is located in the Itapororoca condominium, providing tranquility with the privilege of being in one of the most paradisiacal beaches in the south of Bahia. It offers the perfect balance between privacy and convenience for those who want to enjoy the famous Quadrado of Trancoso.
